Mr. Noni Speaks Italian (Kinda)

This is going to one of those videos that's pretty much only funny to only myself and my family, but I'm posting it anyways.  My sister Kendall said the reason Oscar is so naughty is because he speaks Italian and it's simple matter of miscommunication.  She tries to translate for me when she's home, but it's still very confusing.  An Italian speaking Yorkshire Terrier, who would have thought?
