Christmas is Coming... {Freebie!}
This is a Sponsored post written by me on behalf of Shutterfly. All opinions are 100% mine.
The goose is getting fat! Please put a penny -- okay no more singing. For now. October is coming to an end, but the Lane girls have been contemplating our Christmas cards since June. For you new readers, this is a long time family tradition. Here's some proof: here, here and here. We haven't outgrown the holiday Christmas card even though my parents' babies are all grown up. Started from the time I was a baby my parents sent out a photo Christmas card. At age three I had to begin sharing the spotlight with Kendall and then along came Caitlin a few years after that. My parents have kept one from the batch every single year. I'll have to try and dig them up for a little show and tell.
Christmas cards have come a long way with the digital era. My mom and sometimes even I used to design our own cards. Sliding an actual printed photo into the card. Now days you get the card and photo all in one easy step. I've perused many sites over the last few years. More options growing each year, but I seem to always come back to Shutterfly. They have TONS of options and I'm not just talking about design. You can get flat postcard style cards, tractional folded cards or photo cards. The reason I keep coming back to them every year is their affordable pricing. I've checked out new up and coming sites, but paying $4-5 a card is insane! Especially with how many friends we have. :) If you can't tell, we're partial to the photo cards. We want our family and friends to see our smiling faces and our ever changing hair color!
These are a few of my top choices at the moment, but obviously my sisters and Mom will be weighing in. Who knows what will end up with!
For those of you who are really good about sending thank you cards take a look at Shutterfly for those as well. You might as well bundle up your purchases. Christmas means presents and presents mean thank you cards. I'm really just trying to help you get ahead of the game this year! I might even be able to help you get 25 FREE christmas cards as well!
