Just Another Excuse to Drink Champagne!

In just a few hours 12 of my closest friends will be coming over to drink champagne and make caramel apples with caramel made from scratch!  This will be the 2nd annual, last year I went with the wifey to a coworkers house and had such a fun time.  I've never really cared for caramel apples one way or another, but they turned out to be soo yummy!  This year Ashley wasn't able to host because she had moved into a smaller place, but fortunately I'd moved into a bigger space.  I'll post pictures of all the delicious confections tomorrow.
