How Much?

When you're gross and nauseating and in loooove you may ask your significant other how much they love you.  And like a little kid they might respond, "thiiiiiiiiiiis much" with your arms stretched wide. Is that just me?  Or do you and your significant other measure your love in ridiculous ways too?
