The Ultimate Vanilla Cupcake: Challenge Accepted!

I'm so pleased to share with all of you that I have been chosen as one of the cupcake explorers by Stefanie of the Cupcake Project and our mutual quest for the ultimate vanilla cupcake! I was a last minute entry late last week so it came as quite a surprise on Saturday night to read that I'd been chosen.  I was one out of the 50 chosen from over SEVEN HUNDRED volunteers!  Amazing! Unfortunately we've all been sworn to secrecy for the course of the challenge, but I baked the first round last night and I will say that this will truly be a challenge! Stef's blog is one of the first blogs I started reading when I began baking 4 years ago.  It's awesome to see how much she's grown as a baker and how her blog has grown with her.  I LOVE her new logo and page layout!  If you're a fellow cupcake lover then you should really take a look at her blog.  She's queen of trial and error - taking out a lot of the error for yourselves!
