I’m making my second attempt at risotto. Not feeling so hopeful… I think I lack the patience for this dish.

Full Disclosure: I cut myself on one of my new knives.  My mother will be thrilled when she reads this.  Nothing needed to be cut to make this risotto either.  I just sliced my finger open when reaching for something else in the drawer… FAIL.
