Do people still watch soap operas?

Every afternoon when I walk past the lounge to fill up my water Days of Our Lives is on. I literally am glued to the tv, not watching where I’m walking.

It’s like I never left! All the same peeps are still there, the same love triangles, the same bitches. I’m considering DVRing it. I mean, they never go on hiatus. No reruns. What’s not to love?
