I found out  yesterday that my closest friend at work, Diana, is getting married!! I met with her, her betrothed and her mother this morning for all the juiciest of details.  She has also given me permission to “spread the news”.

It was the perfect little get together with mimosas, monkey bread and the cameras were out.  Originally she and I were guessing a proposal would take place last weekend, during her birthday celebrations, but this seemed to work perfectly for the two of them.  Just the way I would hope to be proposed to - nothing fancy and they were doing something the two of them enjoy doing together.  A trip up to Apple Hill, enjoying the scenery, it is an engagement that seems to be so fitting for the two of them.
