This is what it’s like for me doing Jillian Michaels’ 30 Day Shred.  The dogs thought push-ups meant lick your mom’s face.  Now they have to do a little jail time for the 20 minutes. They glare at me from the crate the entire time, completely perplexed as to what it is I’m doing.
