I bought this dress from Forever21 a few weeks ago because how can you pass up their super cute dresses for less than $30?!

I’m thinking about wearing it at the end of the month for my baby sister’s 21st birthday outing.  Now, don’t fall out of your chair, but I kind of want to take it to the next level with a black petticoat!  It would flair the dress out and I could look like a total cupcake.  It would also add some much needed length!  It’s teetering on the line of slutty short and let’s face it my legs aren’t made for that.
